No.: By definition, a benign tumor does not metastasize (spread to other sites by invading the blood stream or lymphatic system). Extremely rare cases of 'parasitic' or implanted benign tumors (eg leiomyomas of the uterus) are recognized to occur in sites outside their normal origin, but this is thought to be a result of some form of tissue transplantation, and not true tumor ''metastasis'
