Multiple symptoms: That is a tough case, not easy to diagnose. The normal brain MRI makes the cause of dysarthria difficult. It would help to have the input of a speech pathologist. Wide gait and falling can occur when the sense of touch in the feet is impaired. It is sometimes called sensory ataxia. Trouble urinating may occur do to loss of sensation or loss of control. Why do you have neuropathy?
