Pseudopheochromocytoma manifests with paroxysmal episodes of severe, symptomatic hypertension with unknown etiology and it is completely different from blood pressure change in autonomic neuropathy which is often manifested by orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure with no change in heart rate when changing from supine/sitting to standing position). Take care.
