Immunotherapy: See an allergist for allergy testing. She can then start immunotherapy which will train her body to ignore the allergens, often permanently. She'll feel so much better, and so will you.

Needs controllers;: She does need an allergy work up;you should consult an allergist if not already done so far, but there is limited success with allrgy shots(immunotherapy) you need to treat asthma which is a chronic disease due to inflammation in bronchi. You have to discuss treatment options with your pediatrician including controller meds(inhaled steroids, singular, long acting bron/dilaters and relievers albuterol.
