Sleep disorder: A circadian rhythm disturbance with sleep cycle can occur with changes in shift work schedules, and irregular scheduling of daily activities can also eventuate in shifting patterns. Would suggest you investigate causation, as emotional influences will cause insomnia. Doubt your meds are culprit, but alcohol, caffeine, and recreational drugs can do this.
