Get second opinion: It may be that a second doctor will agree with you, or it may be that the doctor will agree with the first doctor. If the latter is the case, then you need to decide if you really need to see a neurologist. If so, then you can always pay out of pocket to do so. The care is available, you just have to be willing to foot the bill.
