Provide a detailed chronological history of your difficulties, and include prior and present medications, prior test results, and have the new doctor obtain and review your prior medical records. Inquire if you need additional testing to pin down diagnosis, and discuss potential futures treatments. Helpful to bring a list of questions to your appointment so you cover areas of concern.
