Not HIV: No. Bleeding gums would not in any way represent an HIV infection. It would also not represent not being HIV positive. Are you planning on getting tested? I would advise a visit to the Dentist for the gum issue.

No: more likely gum disease so see your dentist then may need referral to a specialist.
