Decongestant: It is not necessarily dangers to take a simple antihistamine with Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). However, if you take an antihistamine/decongestant combination (Zyrtec-D, Allegra-D, Claritin-D) the pseudoephedrine can have a stimulant effect which would be on top of the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) effect. I would be most worried about an increase in blood pressure and the problems that could be caused by that.
