is it dangerous to take adderall xr 20mg standard dose everyday or modafinil 200mg ? if i respect the dosage do i risk anything ?

Not necessarily: There are risks and benefits to any medication. Adderall XR is a stimulant that has a high risk of dependency/addiction. Most people who are prescribed Adderall, whoever, do not become addicted (and 20 mg daily is not a particularly high dose). Modafinil has much less addiction potential (if any at all) and is generally considered safe and well-tolerated.
