I'm getting checked today, but i wonder, can a woman have a uti without burning urination? i have lower back pain and frequent nocturnal urination.

UTI or Diabetes: Yes. Of course. But you could have vaginal or cervical infection as well or instead of. The doctor is going to test the urine for sugar as well to rule out diabetes.
