Headache: It's unlikely that your headache is from a cold if you have no other symptoms. There are other potential explanations for your headache, however, which include tension headache or migraine. Try taking Ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen) (if safe for you) for relief. Safer to be checked: Better to see your Doctor, it may be from what you described , then Advil is a better choice for few days than Tylenol (acetaminophen). But it may be something else as well , hypertension, frontal sinusitis , tension headache. So better have a follow up with your Doctor.
