Why?: I am wondering why you would wish to take Spirulina in the first place. Spirulina is a unicellular blue green algae with some who believe it contains health benefits. What these benefits are remain questionable. Some Spirulina are known to produce toxic chemicals and drug interactions are possible. If you are interested in health benefits from seaweed, I recommend kelp/nori instead.
