Possible: Although not that common, seroquel/quetiapine can cause a rash and, in very rare cases, a severe rash called stevens-johnson that is an emergency. Regardless, let your provider know if you did develop a rash while taking seroquel/quetiapine.

Seroquel: Seroquel use can be associated with rash in 1% to 10%. Allergic skin reactions or contact dermatitis in 0.1% to 1%. Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) in less than 0.01%.
