My head got bigger over the years. is this the result of taking antipsychotics like seroquel (quetiapine). hats and goggles dont fit the same as a couple years ago?

No: Seroquel (quetiapine) and other antipsychotics, whether first or second generation, can produce a variety of side effects. Enlargement of the head is not one of them. There may be other medical causes. Recommend further evaluation with your doctor.
