No: Seroquel (quetiapine) and other antipsychotics, whether first or second generation, can produce a variety of side effects. Enlargement of the head is not one of them. There may be other medical causes. Recommend further evaluation with your doctor.

Seroquel (quetiapine): There may be reasons why your head seems larger but Seroquel (quetiapine) is not a cause. Discuss with your treating doctor for advice. If all else is going well, try not to dwell on this issue. Best wishes.
