Suicidal thinking: The most important one is to look out for suicidal thinking. The other one that is more subtle would be abnormal increase in thirst and urination indicative of a diabetic state. There are more rare side effects including neuroleptic malignant syndrome and this involves having rigid muscles accompanied by severe fever. It would be extraordinarily rare with seroquel (quetiapine).. Stay safe!
