I've had a constant headache on the left side and also neck pain. so afraid it can be an aneurysm? been told 4 mo. ago it was possible pinched nerve. how can you tell the difference?

Unlikely aneurysm: Could be due to dental or jaw, but maybe neck issue or thoracic outlet syndrome. Get this examined, just to be safe, and maybe your doctor will order testing to reassure you. Migraine is another possibility, and depending on cause, treatment should be quite successful.

Aneurysm?: It does not sound like an aneurysm. I recommend you see your doctor for a thorough examination if you are consumed with worry about this. They should be able to advise you on treatment for whatever is going on.
