Possible: But not very likely. The majority of these are benign. Probably this should be followed with serial ultrasounds to monitor stability.

Possible : This is not enough information to have a sure answer, however, there is a very small possibility. Hypoechoic ovary nodules are usually just cysts, and non-cancerous. The only reason for concern would be if the cyst were multilocular (has more than one compartment). I recommend discussing this further with your doctor to have a full understanding. Best wishes.

Could be but..: Don't jump to conclusions without further testing.Although it is hypoechoic and has an uncertain etiology based just on the ultrasound (I am assuming),it is pretty small and the radiologist didn't seem to use any other concerning terms.However,it can't be confirmed from this test that it's NOT cancer,so likely further imaging,like an MRI,may need to be done if you are higher risk.Talk to your doc!
