Allergies & anxiety: One idea would be allergies and anxiety. Get an appt with your doctor and if you have both of these then Hydoxyzine HCL may be a good medicine for you to be prescribed as it is an anti-histamine ans well as FDA approved for anxiety. Inhaled corticosteroid nasal sprays may help too. See your Dr for appt.

Claritin (loratadine): You can try Claritin over the counter or get Flonase which is a steroid nasal spray.
