Probably not. : At your age you are probably dealing with a traumatic injury to the roof of your mouth or an infection if you have decayed teeth. A traumatic injury usually means eating hot pizza or a slight cut from eating something hard. If it doesn't clear up in 3-5 days seek the help of a dentist.
