Body feels very heavy after a two hour workout today. new to working out. this is my second day going to the gym. why is this?

2 hrs is a long time: When you begin to work out it is best to start low and go slow. Although some soreness and fatigue is to be expected, and even desired, as you begin to work out, going from zero to two hours a day is too much. Try backing off to 45 minutes and then adding 5 minutes each week until you reach two hours.
