Maybe....: If you have an inflammatory condition that requires it then yes. But for general purposes I say no. There has been no studies to show low dose NSAIDs are beneficial for "general inflammation reduction". These medications can also be rough on the stomach and cause ulcers and although small but there is a real risk of major bleeding even with 81mg ASA. It's a risk vs. benefit kind of thing.
