If i have sinus problems one day, then not for a day or two then get them again, is it a sinus infection or just sinus problems?

Not infection: You likely have allergy problems of some sort causing swelling and drainage from the nose and sinuses. Sometimes when it is intermittent it has to do with allergens in certain environments that you are in and out of (like workplace, friend's house, gym, etc...)
