Possibly: The only way to tell is to have an appropriate test (usually endoscopy) done. You should see your primary doctor or gastroenterologist to evaluate further. Some other possibilities could include medication-related, gastritis, infection, cancer, ulcerative colitis, etc. Best wishes.
