Time to see your doc: There are many treatments for Crohn's that don't involve surgery. It is important, however, to know what is being treated. There are other causes of diarrhea that need to be excluded. No fever means nothing here. See an experienced gastroenterologist for a complete evaluation.

Gastroenterologist.: Crohn's is a chronic inflammatory condition of the bowel, as you know, that has episodes of remission, and episodes where it flares up. It is important to aggressively attack flare ups with the help of your gastroenterologist so the condition does not worsen, if not treated promptly it could worsen to the point of needing antibiotics and surgical management.
