No harm. Don't use: Carmicide is made from cardamom, a part if natural cinnamon. Not because of the drug, but beachside this is a three month-old child, you really should not give infants this young any drug unless there is a therapeutic reason that effectively treats a medical condition. Is this a harmful treatment? Not seriously harmful, but would likely cause some GI distress and emesis
