Pre ovulation: Before ovulation, the endometrium is proliferating - so that is not a particular problem. However, by cycle day 21 you should have ovulated and the endometrium converts to secretory. It appears that you have not ovulated yet. You may require cycle control with supplemental hormones to regulate your cycle.
