EMB: EMB uses a small tube passed into the uterus to form a suction and pull some of the lining cells into it for evaluation. If your are bleeding it will just fill with blood and will get minimal to no lining so therefore will be a useless test. Discuss with your GYN but I suspect they will want to delay the EMB for a time when you are not bleeding. If delayed, you don't need the Misoprostol.
