Seems benign : Appears to be a benign report to me. Just some extra beats now and then. If your symptomatic from them a beta-blocker may help, but remember sometimes the treatment can be worse than the disease....so if your just super anxious it maybe worthwhile to treat the anxiety. Although beta-blockers can help with that too sometimes. Hope that helped.

Depends on symptoms: Your findings may be considered normal. It depends whether you felt the symptoms prompting the holter placement, during the time that you wore the holter. Either way, a longer-term rhythm recording may be necessary. Call 911 if you develop shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness, passing out, or a sudden onset rapid heart rhythm that doesn't resolve after 30 seconds, or recurs.
