Infant care: It seems from this comment your young infant vomited or "spit-up" curdled milk. Yellow and stringy consistency you discribed may be from breast milk or bile mixed with the stomach mucous content. Don't hesitate to seek medical advice with your pediatrician if these symptoms continue more frequently, especially if the vomiting becomes forceful "projectile", or the abdomen distended and f e v e r.
