My 4 months old son has a loose stomach, his poo is yellow with mucus strings. he is on formula only. this was never the case. is it something to worry about or should i change his milk?

Yes: definately worth trying soy formula, or possibly alimentum, definately be in touch with his pediatrician Good luck
