90-130: The "usual" blood sugars in pregnancy are the same as in non-pregnant people, but pregnancy increases the risk of diabetes. If this occurs, it is called gestational diabetes. In pregnant women with diabetes we generally aim for pre-meal numbers in the range of 90-130 if we can get there without risking low blood sugars. If the woman is not on insulin, it's fine to be lower. About 6 hours btween
