Growth: Per the CDC, she is at the upper end of normal for both stature and weight. However, a single point on the growth curve does yield as much data as many points over the course of her life. Her pediatrician should be able to tell you if she has always followed the upper growth curves, or if this is a new finding.

Borderline wt for ht: On a BMI kids calculator, that puts her BMI at 20.2 at the 86th % which is just above the recommended healthy range of 5-85%. Factors that need to be considered, however, are her level of sexual maturity and body build regarding muscularity. Ideal BMI for adult women is 25. Because most children are still growing at 10 years, the main thing is to focus on healthy eating and not body image.
