What are the negative sides of 20 mg montelukast? i normally take 10 mg. sometimes, i take it in the morning and evening.

Montelukast: This is a generally well tolerated medication. Some side effects that you should discuss with your doctor if they occur include mental/ mood changes, numbness/ tingling/ shooting pain in the arms or legs, sinus pain, and muscle weakness. If 10 mg dose was well tolerated, likely the 20 mg dose will be as well. However, ensure you always take it as prescribed.
