Allergies: You did not mention what symptoms you are having, if it is nasal congestion, none of the above will help, you need a nasal spray. Try a saline nasal spray if you don't have a medicated one and singulair (montelukast) tonight but don't over do it on the antihistamines.

You can singular;sud: There is no reason to overload yourself with three pills but you may take singular and sudafed along with Allegra 24 hours you took in the morning. Most of the time that combination will help with the symptoms but if symptoms are too bad and you have problem breathing/sleeping due to nasal congestion ask your doctor for rx for an inhaled steroid used once a day.
