Ok? Yes.: There have been numerous reports related to late meals with a slower metabolism and weight gain. While the evidence is not overwhelming, there is nothing wrong with eating before bedtime. If you are concerned about gaining weight, then eating earlier in the evening, before bedtime, is recommended.
