Preparation: I would recommend that you make some preparations for sleep. The hardest thing to do is to remind your body and your schedule that there is a time and a place for work and sleep. We are often working on computers later than we should and also using electronics in the bedroom and otherwise. We eat too close to bedtime. Try some of the healthy sleep tips including relaxation before bed.
