Eating at night: If you wake up to eat it MAY mean your blood sugar is dropping and you are eating to help it rise. Please see your doc who may test you for this. You are better off eating before you go to bed rather than in the middle of the night. Three meals at regular times each day or small snacks in between is often best but check w/doc. Peace and good health.
