Time for a doctor: Abdominal pain, fever, back pain in a child not finding relief... Time to go to the doctor. There are a variety things this could be from appendicitis, to kidney infection to a simple virus. Time to check it out. Best wishes.

Evaluate immediately: This can be a serious problem with the worst being a potentially ruptured appendix. There are other possible causes but you need to rule out life threatening causes first. Get to doctor, urgent care, or ER immediately.
