6 year old daughter fever 102 with abdominal pain and back ache. pain is controlled but not completely with pain reliever motrin and tylenol (acetaminophen).

Evaluate immediately: This can be a serious problem with the worst being a potentially ruptured appendix. There are other possible causes but you need to rule out life threatening causes first. Get to doctor, urgent care, or ER immediately.

Back ache is: an unusual complaint with fever. Would take her to the pediatrician to be sure she does not have a kidney infection.
