I never do: I pick one or the other medication and stay with the schedule of the one i pick.Fever is not damaging to kids, and stacking medications is unlikely to do much more than give you something to do. Spend more time making sure the kid has access to fluids and is voiding at least every 6 hours.The fever will run it's course in time.
