Hi, my friend is sick witha cough and fever for the last 10 days it won't go down and her coughing makes her puke help!

Pneumonia: Sounds like it could be pneumonia or another type of lung infection. Should be seen by a doctor.

Sound like Pneumonia: Let's Dr. auscultate your friends lungs, may be X-ray and start appropriate treatment.

Bronchitis: Most likely has acute bronchitis and since her symptoms have lasted this long she needs treatment! OTC meds such as Mucinex (guaifenesin) may help, but I'm concerned about a bacterial infection which may warrant antibiotic therapy! See a physician soon!
