Our five kids seem to have the same virus but are getting it days apart. fever, cough, croup, vomiting - can they reinfect each other?

No: Alot of viruses have similar symptoms. Small kids especially are little bacteria breeders. More likely they get a bug and then get run down and are susceptable to the next thing.

No: No once the virus infection gets better, they can not reinfect with the same virus.
