Tonsil Stone: The bump you mentioned; if it is white/beige like a spitball, it is likely a tonsilith (tonsil stone) . They form in the folds and groves of the tonsils. It can dislodged its own and be swallowed or spit out. Gargling after eating may help lessen their occurrence. It is best to be examined for your specific diagnosis and treatment plan. An ENT specialist would be best.
