I take 2 of clonazepam at 8 am, 1 of ativan (lorazepam) at noon, and 2 of clonazepam at bedtime. if i miss my am dose, can i take it with my noon dose of ativan (lorazepam)?

Yes but...: There should be no problem but you are on a lot of benzodiazepines which are highly addictive. I'm not a fan of using 2 at once but have seen psychiatrists do it occasionally for severe symptoms. Always report to your doctor when available and make sure that's what he/she wants you to do if you missed a dose.
