What are the side effects of using vancomycin and invanz (ertapenem) during pregnancy?

Limited Data: Both antibiotics have limited data available for any fetal effects during pregnancy. Invanz (ertapenem) is considered category b or safe based on animal studies with limited human experience. Vancomycin is considered category b/c for simlar reasons. There is no data reporting malformations.
