I finished 4 weeks of iv infusions of invanz, (ertapenem) fluconazole, and vancomycin a few days ago. is it safe to have a drink with dinner?

Depends: If you are completely finished with those medicines and not taking any oral antibiotics or antifungals, then it's probably ok. It also depends on what other medicines you are on and what your recent liver function numbers were.
