Likely nothing ...: If you just have a very mildly low red blood cell mass and very mildly low hematocrit but a normal hemaglobin, it's not likely anything concerning especially if all your other red blood cell indices are normal as you mention. It does really depend on what your other numbers look like and how low "low" really is?
