Remove it ...: Past experience taught us that a 10-mm stone would be extremely unlikely to pass. But, your urinary tract has thus far handled this 10-mm stone well down to the bottom (ureterovesical junction) where is the narrowest part of ureter to pass through. Clinically, you have 2 options: remove it through scope now or take alpha-blocker & watch as long as asymptomatic and.... if you're willing to cope...
