No change, but ...: Radical prostatectomy (RP) itself will not change testosterone (T)production & secretion from testes if no special drug was used to suppress T production. However, ED may ensue following RP by its compromising vessels & nerves for erection, which is, in turn, mistakenly & unfairly blamed for causing post-RP ED. More detail? Ask surgeon timely.
