Abdominal pain: With upper abdominal pain and elevated liver enzymes and slight jaundice, possibilities include sludge in the gall bladder,bile duct stone which may have been passed and pancreatitis. Ultrasound may be negative in these cases. If symptoms persist consult a gastroenterologist.

Inflammation : If you are jaundiced and have elevated liver function tests( sgot, sgpt) then you my well have early hepatitis , causes could be infectious or due to substance abuse or diabetes most likely! You have seen a physician already or you would not have these tests results! Best you talk with your physician to diagnose exactly what is causing these abnormalities!
